What it is
Voxera answers a phone or browser call, understands what the caller says, looks the answer up in a knowledge base set up for that agent and replies in a natural voice. It is built to reply in under a second. It takes inbound calls, makes outbound ones and talks to visitors in the browser, in 60 languages.
What I did
- I founded Voxera and I build it: the voice and chat agents, the retrieval behind them and the back-office that operators use to run them.
- It is fully built and tested, and it is now in pilot.
- It is engineered for latency first: speech streams in and out, so the caller hears a reply quickly instead of a pause.
