What it is
Arlo reads your mail, your calendar and your files, writes one paragraph each morning about what actually needs you, and drafts the replies. You still press send. It runs on your Mac, and your mail index and files never leave the machine. Arlo is a paid product. The desktop app also has a free mode that runs fully on your machine, air-gapped if you need it, on hardware with a GPU, NPU or APU. Arlo for Teams is built as an add-on that enterprise platforms can run for their own customers, as well as for an organisation’s own staff.
What I did
- I own Arlo for Teams, the multi-tenant edition for banks, government and other regulated organisations.
- I set the enterprise product direction, the commercial structure and the partnerships, and I run go-to-market across banking, government and enterprise in the Gulf.
- I own the compliance work: data residency, air-gapped installs, PII handling and the SOC 2 / ISO 27001 readiness path.
- I am writing the AI governance framework for agents that act inside regulated environments.
